Music is interactive, music is the reflection of our time, nevertheless, at the beginning of a new era, as it is the case for most types of art, our feeling is that music is being endlessly being recycled. Few so-called “new trends” are created, but so many styles are being blended, giving uninspired disc sellers headaches trying to label these new mixtures...And all that, I’d say, for our greatest pleasure...

Cause the Kariboos keep their hands as their ears, wide open, for they know a new blend can come up any moment.

Our initiative is thus another beat grinder, spiting out state of mind at a given moment. Our mixes are not albums, just as today’s books are not novels anymore.

The worst is we don’t give a shit, because we’re far from pretending to be « artists ». So if you don’t want to pretend to be a music gourmet either, if to you a Dj Meatball can be as tasty as a Gun’s and Caviar, depending on the way it’s prepared, then you probably get our point.
